The Making
Your bag is cut, sewn, and finished by a single maker over roughly one month — then sent to you, and made only once. Every custom order is reviewed and approved within 2–3 days before production begins. As each piece is made to order, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged — only replaced in the case of a production defect.

your order is approved
Because every custom Ache is made to order, we confirm each piece before we begin. When you place your order your card is securely authorised — but not charged. We review your design within 2–3 days, and only then is payment taken and your bag put into production. If we're ever unable to make it, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
